Cloaks for the Genetic Underclasses 2000 These cloaks were made in response to a newspaper article which spoke about discrimination against people with faulty DNA. Already insurance companies and employers can refuse to insure or employ someone just because they have a gene which may or may not affect them at some later stage in their lives. The lettering on the quilts refers to the building blocks of DNA. a, c, t, g refer to adenosine, cytosine, thymine and guanine.
